“Beauty – in projection and perceiving – is 99.9% attitude.” – Grey Livingston
Livingston could not have got that statement more right! And WOW- does this young lady have attitude! She is indeed beautiful! And very special, too! Ashlee has been doing the hair for the wonderful ladies I have been doing make over Oh La La Portraits for lately. I have always thought she had gorgeous eyes, so I asked her to step in front of my camera for a few shots. I have included a before shot along with the after shots, so you can get an idea of what I can do with a little posing, lighting, camera angle, and, well- training and talent! My goal in the make over portraits is to let ladies of all ages show off that inner beauty they have – and give them the chance to project a little elegance and attitude. I call them Oh La La Portraits. We will still offer boudoir portraits, but this portrait session is for those of you that are a little more modest, yet still want that pampering and empowering session that makes you feel fabulous! These are elegant, contemporary, fashion portraits for women of all ages. They still have a little sizzle and sass, but have a lot less @ss! So if you want something fabulous, but don’t want to be too risque – this is it! Call me or email me to set up a consultation or booking for your own session!
Ashlee is also a breast cancer survivor! Which in one reason that together, we are going to be doing a make over Oh La La Portrait session for one special lady. We want you to nominate someone you know who has been a cancer survivor to receive full hair and make up and a fabulous photo session to make her feel as if she is reclaiming the beauty of her youth! She will also receive a beautiful fine art print for her wall.
We will accept nominations up to and during the Woman Today Show on May 4th and 5th at the Kitsap Pavilion. Please give us the name of your nominee, how to contact her, your name, how to contact you, and tell us her story, and why you think she should win the make over Oh La La Portrait session. Include a snapshot if you can. You can e-mail me your nomination, or give it to us at our booth at the Woman’s Show. We will select the winner at the end of the show.
Ohh! One more thing about Ashlee – she is five months pregnant! Maybe that is why she just glows!
