Dan and Heather’s real first date was a hockey game over eight years ago. Since that day, they built a sweet life together, and after having the sweetest little boy and little girl, they finally tied the knot. It was a wonderful day – filled with friends and family. The weather was great. There was a smile on every face! It was beautiful.

Ned and I have been friends with Heather’s parents for years and her little sister spent many, many nights at our house on overnights with our daughter. Heather is like family for us, so it was hard not to shed a few tears of my own when she tearfully said her vows. The officiant was a very close family friend, known to the kids as Grandpa Mike. He surprised Heather and Dan with a hand fasting ceremony that included the kids. So sweet! We are so happy for the two of them. Congratulations to the whole family.
