Port Gamble is always such a beautiful place for a wedding and Stuart and Stephanie somehow made it even more beautiful! We met this sweet couple over a year ago, so they had lots of time to plan their dream wedding. It was extra special because they got to include their girls in the day! Four girls! Stuart definitely has his hands full with these feisty beauties! Lots more excitement to come for these two! We are honored to be part of their day!

Years ago there was a beautiful garden in Kingston called Herronswood. It changed owners, fell into disarray and was abandoned for a time. Then it was purchased at auction by Port Gamble S’Klallam Tribe, and a rebirth of the landscape began, just in time for Eric and Natasha’s wedding!

The couple and their guests enjoyed the beautiful forests and formal gardens for their cozy ceremony, then went on to Point No Point Casino for their reception. The casino venue which can hold a large crowd, opens up a whole new option for couples in Kitsap County. It was perfect for Eric and Natasha, the sweetest couple ever!

We had a great time getting to know this couple and their families. I loved Natasha’s humor and the way Eric’s face lights up when he looks at her! So awesome!

Here is a little peek and a slideshow to give you the feel of the day!

I have said it before and I’ll say it again – backyard weddings are some of my favorites! They are so personal and sweet, and Brian and Lindsay’s wedding was so sweet! It even included a flash mob dance during the toasts! How cool is that?

Enjoy the slideshow!

All the time and energy John and Teresa put into making their backyard ready for their wedding day was worth it! John spent hours clearing paths and making romantic outdoor rooms for the two of them, just we could get some beautiful photos! Love it!
An awesome group of friends and family came to celebrate with the couple and support them on their big day. Awesome weather! Awesome friends! And an awesome couple! Congrats to John and Teresa. Port Orchad Wedding Photos

Photographing seniors in the spring and fall is right up there with my favorite sessions to do! I love experimenting with their ideas and the light, and making them feel like a model for a few hours. And when your senior is a beautiful and creative as Cassie, well, that just makes it even more fun! This session was at Manchester State Park in the morning light.

Cassie participates in Running Start at Olympic College, and is looking forward to graduation and a new journey. Congratulations to her!

There is still a little time to get in a few more senior sessions, so if you haven’t had your done yet, give me a call, and let’s go out and play. We can go on location in Silverdale, Bremerton, Port Orchard, Gig Harbor, Poulsbo, or Bainbridge Island, or where ever in Kitsap County you want to go. 2016 seniors, you will get a discount if you schedule your senior portrait session in July!

Just wanted to share this slideshow of Mark and Erica’s Red Cedar Farm wedding with you. I’ll be back to include more later.

Enjoy the show!

I swear getting cute umbrellas for your bridesmaids keeps the rain away! It works almost every time! So I was thrilled to see Aimee’s bridesmaids with them, and sure enough, in a week of really wet weather, the rain stopped long enough for Aimee and Kyle’s beautiful wedding in Port Gamble. Thank goodness! It was still pretty wet, so we stuck to hard surfaces for most of the photos in respect to the beautiful Jimmy Choo shoes the bride wore, and of course that gorgeous gown!

Port Gamble was decorated with lots of lights for the holidays and that made everything just a little brighter and joyful!

These two have been together for a while now, so most of the toasters could not help but mention that it was about time for wedding! The wedding could not have been sweeter, and clearly all had a great time! Congrats to the new Mr. and Mrs!

I just love spending the day with Amelia! Especially when we get to spend part of it in the studio. This is one of my favorite of her in the Santa hat.
